Through this fair, ATELIER AKI will present a selection of works by nine leading contemporary artists who have been growing globally and making a mark in the international art scene.These include works by Chae Jimin(b. 1983), who recently garnered international attention with a solo project at The Hermes Maison in Shanghai on August 24th, as well as the new works by Kwon Neung(b. 1990), whose works have been making the record of the high sales rate through the preview even before the fairs’ opening at Art Miami, Art Central Hong Kong, Art Taipei, etc., including ART021 Shanghai, one of the Asia's most prestigious art fairs, attesting to his work and position within the international art scene. We will also introduce new paintings by artists Yoon Sangyoon(b. 1978) and Chung Sooyoung(b. 1987), who will have the solo exhibitions at ATELIER AKI later this year, as well as new works by Jeong Seongjoon (b. 1981), who has opened his solo exhibition successfully at ATELIER AKI on August 24th, and the unique works of Kwon Kisoo(b. 1972), Ivory Yeunmi Lee(b. 1981), Lee Hyosung(b. 1969), and Nathan Paddison(b. 1983), who are leading figures in the contemporary art and are steadily gaining attention in the international art scene.
